Student Ministry

The Student Ministry of FBC Snyder is dedicated to:
Providing an effective, relevant and creative environment to minister to students (middle school to college) by partnering and supporting family units to lead students to "Know Christ and to Make Him Known."

What to Expect:

9:30 on Sunday mornings, students 6th - 12th grades gather in the Family Life Center for a time of creative and relevant Bible teaching time. Students first gather in a large group setting and then break up into graded small groups to discuss the passage further. What students hear in the Bible study hour will be the same truth that is being preached by our pastor. We want you as a family to be able to continue to talk about the truths taught on a Sunday morning.

Wednesday nights Students meet in homes all across Snyder for 180 groups. These groups allow students the chance to form deep relationships with each other. Each group is based on grade and gender. Here is a list of Host Homes so you know where your Student will meet with his/her group:

8th & 7th Girls - Pinson's Home 1802 Royal Drive - Leader is Judy Holmes

6th Girls - Drigger's Home 2501 33rd Street - Leader is Mary Ann Wright

12th & 11th Guys - Cox's Home 2711 28th Street - Leader is Elliot Cox

10th & 9th Guys - Rogers' Home 1861 Tuscola - Leader is Nathan Smith

8th Boys - Winterholter's Home Windcrest Apt #129- Leader is Daniel Winterholter

7th & 6th Boys - Pollard's Home 2903 Denison Ave - Leader is Jeremiah Young

Meet our Student Ministry Staff:

Tony Doland- Student Pastor

Tony began his ministry here on March 13, 2011. We lift he and his family up as they prepare to lead the teaching time during the large group session on Sunday Mornings. Also as he equips leaders of Sunday morning small groups and 180 groups with the materials needed to teach and lead students.
